Clear Browser Cookies and Cache
Computers and mobile devices store copies of frequently accessed pages in their cache in order to quickly reload pages without having to retrieve them from the network. Cookies are most commonly used to track website activity. Clearing both the cookies and cache can ensure that you are accessing the most recent versions of web pages.

When you visit some sites, the server gives you a "cookie" that acts as your identification card. Upon each return visit to that site, your browser passes that cookie back to the server to gather information about which Web pages are being visited.
